Honey, golden, lively.
Expect attractive notes of apple turnovers, yellow pears, hazelnuts, lemon curds and honey followed with browned butter and some toasted oak undertones. The palate is concentrated and similarly attired with nuts, citrus and creamy golden fruits. It is lively and mouthwatering with just a hint of creaminess to take the edge off. Hails from the Cote d'Or and Maconnais and it is aged partially in oak and the rest in stainless steel.
Pair: White meats and oily fish, soft-medium cheeses and creamy soups and pastas.
